JoJo Moyes, January Blues and some New Year Resolutions #Littleloves

First full week of the New Year and the temperature has definitely dropped – it is so cold. I wont lie, we have all been suffering from the January blues a little, it’s all just dreary and wet all the time!

Anyway enough moaning here are my #Little loves

Read

I finally managed to buy ‘Me after you’ from Jojo Moyes, I am almost finished and although I don’t think it is as good as ‘Me before you’, I am enjoying it and would highly recommend it. I love having a Kindle again!

After a long busy day on Tuesday I settled down to my weekly Grazia

Watched

Ooh we finally got around to watching Jurassic World and I really enjoyed it! Oh and Scandal season 4 has finally come to Amazon Prime and I am totally obsessed with it.

Heard

A lot of moaning from Meme, she was not happy about going back to school, nothing is ever easy is it!? Is it too soon to start the countdown for half term?

Wore

Nothing too exciting, oh actually I did get the most beautiful shoes from my Hubbie for Christmas so I have been wearing them.

Made

I have made a bunch of New Year resolutions for 2016, although I am failing on the getting up early one already – I must try harder!

And Lastly

We are hoping to do something fun tomorrow if it would just stop raining! Also meeting my best friend on Sunday for some yummy food and a good catch up.

Have a lovely weekend x

  1. Good for you on the new year’s resolutions you are better than me I have still been so bad still after christmas hard to get back into it isn’t it? Waking up early bless you that’s a tough one. Happy weekend ahead. #littleloves

  2. Fingers crossed the weather improves where you are this weekend. I liked Jurassic World too (and Chris Pratt is rather yummy), despite expecting not to. Good luck with your new years resolutions – I still haven’t even thought of any yet so you’re more organised than I am 😉 Have a great weekend x

  3. Sounds like you’ve got a fun weekend planned! We’re still hibernating just to make sure LB is OK by Monday! Me after you is on the reading list for me too but I can imagine not as good-I loves me before you! Let’s hope the rain stops and you can wrap up warm and have a fab weekend x

  4. It’s never too early to start counting down to half term (5 weeks!) I’m hoping the rain holds off too as I am dying to get our of the house but the rain here has been so terrible everywhere is soaked! I’m hoping to see a little bit of snow this week but that is highly unlikely, still a girl can dream. xx

    1. Haha I am glad I am not the only one counting. Now I don’t mind a bit of snow at the weekend, possibly start Friday night but all cleared by Monday morning for the school run – not asking much am I. Thanks for your comment x

  5. I’ve never been on your lovely blog before. I love the design. How thoughtful of the hubby to get you shoes for Christmas, very sweet. We’ve still not seen Jurassic World yet, this needs rectifying haha. Hope the moaning about school is better this week xxx
