It has been the first week of our Easter holidays and although the weather hasn’t been great (I feel constantly cold) it has been nice not having to rush around every morning and we have still got another week left yippee!

Watched
We watched the film Joy last weekend, it looked really good with some big stars in so I was expecting great things but, to be honest, I was a little disappointed! It was ok, watchable but not amazing.
I have also been watching my weekly dose of Towie, love it and I’m a little excited that Made in Chelsea is back next week although I’m pretty sure my hubbie wont be happy!

I bought my Grazia magazine, which is my favourite so I have been flicking through that.
I have also been catching up on some of my favourite blogs. I read a post from Five Little Doves called Why do I blog? – it is a brilliant post and I found myself nodding along to it, if you have a chance have a little look.
Wore
Nothing too exciting, the weather was quite nice on Sunday, my girls were running around with no coats on but it was still a little too cold for me. I can’t wait for the warmer weather, I’m actually getting a little nervous that it wont ever come.
I have seen a few nice summer tops in Marks and Spencer so, if the weather does at some point warm up, I’m heading there for a mini shopping haul
My girls have been wearing their new Easter dresses. They chose them and, whilst they wouldn’t be my choice, they do look pretty cute!
Heard
Now I wouldn’t call myself an Adele fan, I don’t mind her music but I don’t own her album or anything. However, I am completely in love with her song ‘When we were young’. You have to admit that lady sure knows how to get you singing out loud at the top of your voice (much to my girls amusement!)
Made
I made some sandcastles in a sandpit! A bit lame I know but that is all I have, seriously I don’t even think I have made a particularly nice tea this week.
And Lastly
It is Ladies day at the Grand National today, it brings back so many memories from my twenties as me and my friends used to go religiously every year – such an amazing day!

I love that Adele song too, it’s one I find myself belting out when I’m getting ready in a morning. I can’t wait for summer to kick in, although I’m a bit glad I can hide my legs away in black tights for a little while longer! xx
