Our last little adventure

Our last little adventure

So we had one last little adventure of the year. My good friend was getting married in Portmeirion and it was just the excuse my husband needed to book us a little weekend away.

The wedding was beautiful, as was Portmeirion. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to explore as much as we would of liked but we still had an amazing day. We stayed in a nearby holiday park called Aberdunant Hall. I am always a little dubious of caravan sites, we stayed in one over the summer and it was awful.  However, my husband persuaded me to give it a go and, I must admit, it was amazing! The caravan was lovely, the site was stunning and there was a restaurant onsite which was delicious…we didn’t want to leave.

After the wedding we spent the weekend exploring, pottering and having some family time together. We had such a good time and love our little adventures. Here are some of our pictures:

  4. That first photo with the view is gorgeous. Was that at the Wedding or your caravan? No wonder you didn’t want to leave, It is the most beautiful beach. Sounds like you really struck lucky with where you stayed and it gave you the perfect weekend away to remember. The girls look adorable in their little wedding dresses and the hotel grounds look perfect for a good explore.
