I have been back doing the school run with all 3 kids this week and it has been not too bad. We have been walking which it a lot easier than trying to park at a very busy school and faffing about getting the pram out – although Meme is not happy about it and although some days I really can’t be bothered it has been quite nice getting a little bit of exercise.

Scandal is back!! I love it! I honestly don’t know how they keep coming up with the story lines but they do and they get more and more shocking each series. If you haven’t seen it before you definitely should.

Some party invitations – between Meme and Harri we get a lot of party invites! I have treated myself to the Grazia magazine but I haven’t had a minute to read it yet.
Heard
My best friend’s voice. I spent a lovely afternoon catching up with my bestie. Even though we are both on maternity leave we don’t get a chance to see each other as much as we would like. It was lovely having a chatter and seeing her lovely boy.
Noise – we have had a couple of after school trips to soft play. It is so noisy but the girls love it and I got to have a chatter to some of my school mum friends is always nice.
Wore
After wearing flats for pretty much the past 9 months it has been nice to get back into some heels! Yay!

A lot of slow cooker teas – my lovely husband started a new job this week and has been arriving home much later than usual so it has been great popping some tea in the slower cooker in the morning all ready for the evening time. Which is perfect as Alfie tends to be quite unsettled in the evenings and generally needs to be held all evening!
Although I could do with a little more recipe inspiration.
And lastly
We are going to have a little family day out tomorrow which I am looking forward to – there is nothing quite like the sense of freedom that the weekend brings. The world is our oyster for 2 whole days!

Oh I just love those wellies! I wonder if they make them in adult sizes?? Sounds like you’re doing brilliantly managing the walk to school with all three of them, if you can do it in this weather it will be a breeze when the weather is nicer.
