I haven’t done a weekend post in a while. Due to sickness and tiredness our weekends whilst nice have been quite low key, we haven’t done all that much and not a lot of photographs have been taken.
On Saturday we didn’t really have many plans, we woke up to a lot of fog and frost so we decided to wrap up warm go and have a little run around in our favourite place Ness Gardens. It was such a beautiful day, a real cross between autumn and winter. The best way to start the weekend.
Here are some of our pictures:
Gorgeous photos! How lucky to have lovely sunshine and glittering frost on the same morning xx
Wow these photos are absolutely amazing! I’m glad you had such a lovely day, I do like the clear, sunny days with a frost on the ground.

I love a frosty morning and these are gorgeous photos. I’m pleased you are better now, what a rough ride you all had X
Your pictures always have such beautiful light and perspective. I love the one taken from the ground with all that frost. #PointShoot
Looks so lovely and Christmassy. I love it when it’s frosty and sunny! #pointandshoot
Lovely photos and they capture the cold perfectly. I really love the second photo. Love the focus on the frosty grass #pointshoot
Oh wow! Honestly these pictures are stunning!!!! The frost make everything look completely magical. Really beautiful! x
Lovely frosty shots, it really has turned to much more wintry weather now. #livingarrows

Beautifully captured pictures hon. Looks like you all had a great time outside in the fresh air. Xx #livingarrows
Gorgeous photos! I love frosty walks and getting all wrapped up and cosy. #CountryKids
Gorgeous photos! And there is nothing like getting out in the fresh air to clear away the cobwebs of having been stuck indoors! xx #countrykids
Such gorgeous photos and what a heavy frost. You don’t need to be out long when it is this cold, but a little run around to get some energy back, fill lungs with fresh air and bring out rosy cheeks is the best cure for bugs. I’ve loved seeing these photos on Instagram over the week, great to see them come together now. Ness gardens looks a great place to have close to home.
Thank you for sharing with me on #CountryKids
What stunning photos and a beautiful frosty morning! #CountryKids
Oh wow, you captured the frost beautifully! What gorgeous photos. Our walks to school have been so frosty this week too x
Gosh what gorgeous pictures huni. Thanks for linking up to #PointShoot
I really like frosty mornings (well apart from if I have to de-ice the car). There is something about the crunch underfoot and the crispness of the air that makes it a great time to get outdoors and explore
How sweet and what a lovely frosty morning x
What gorgeous photos – especially the last one. I love a nice walk on a beautiful frosty morning when we’re all wrapped up nice and warm. Looks like your girls were enjoying it all. Sorry to hear you’ve been unwell though – hope you are all feeling better now x #countrykids
What gorgeous shots- there’s something very beautiful about the frost patterns. #countrykids
Gorgeous photos. The only time I’ve been out early in the frost is in a manic hurry to de-ice the car for the school run and I haven’t had time to take photos!
Oh no I hope you are feeling better! We had the sickness a while back and it flt like we were indoors for weeks! Your pictures are gorgeous – what a lovely day to be out and about. We have only had one frosty morning so far and I am sad I did not gt the big camera out and go for a walk! #CountryKids
Oh what gorgeous photos, it’s been really frosty here too – though this morning we had lots of puddles on our way to nursery – which were lots of fun for splashing in! #CountryKids
